Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm. - Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on the patio, porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs.
