All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size. This smoke-free property offers laundry facilities on each floor and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $150.00 fee plus tax for the first pet and an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items. Report any issues promptly to avoid potential charges for repairs or replacements. While all units are similar in style and amenities, the layout and decor may vary slightly. Requests or issues raised after standard business hours may experience delays.
