All those amenities is only a few minutes away. Furthermore, it's an easy access to I-40 for road travel and a short distance to the airport. Last but not least, all schools from elementary to high school is close by. Since the condo is governed by the HOA, renter must be in compliance with the HOA's requirement at all times, whether is the landscaping maintenance, pool access, etc. When in doubt, please ask HOA for guidance. Renters pay utilities, such as gas, water, phone etc. There's no smoking allowed inside or outside the house.
