Within our 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Cypress home, we are offering 1 private bedroom with its attached private 1/2 bathroom for rent. Combined, your private space is about 131 ft squared. The room has a queen-size bed, private mini-fridge, private microwave, private toilet (all those purchased within the last year and in great condition), closet with rod and shelves, and other furniture as seen in the photos. You would have access to a 4-top stove and sink in the kitchen, a washer and dryer inside the home, and reliable street parking space in front of the house. Internet, gas, water, electricity, and trash pickup are included in the monthly rent. No other fees are required for utilities, maintenance, or insurance. Currently, one man and two women live in the home. You would share a shower (located in a separate bathroom from your private one) with these three people. Due to the disability needs and work schedules of existing residents, the current living environment is better suited to a tenant who works outside the home. We prefer you commit to a 1-year lease. The security deposit is $500, and the monthly rent is $900, due on the 1st of each month. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No pets of any size. Our address may not be used for business purposes. You will have ample street parking access (there will always be space for you), but not a covered / garage space. You will have access to the stove and sink as well as your own fridge and microwave, but not the oven in the kitchen. You would not be responsible for maintenance of the house, yard, etc. But we ask that you keep your private space reasonably clean and don't leave messes, spills, crumbs, etc. in the shared kitchen/shower. When you move out, we will inspect the room and may charge cleaning or repair fees depending on its condition. At any time, if you or your guests damage our property, either on accident or on purpose, we may charge fees for repairs. Both types of fees will first be extracted from your security deposit. Any remaining security deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of your move-out. Note: If you break the lease early, we reserve the right to keep the Security Deposit.
