The home has large living room, large dining room, 2 very small bedrooms, 1 fully updated bath with shower/ tub, a kitchen for a cook with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher including cooking utensils. There is a doorbell camera for your security. Listing for one renter, $350.00 per month for second person. Maximum of 2 renters. No pet or animals of any kind. We charge $250 for a one time cleaning fee and the application process required. No pets and No smoking. We don't do showings or tours. Seasonal rentals only.
