A "Pet Safe" door, suitable for a small or smaller medium-sized pet, is installed in the master bedroom and leads to the 9' x 8' master deck that is accessed by french doors by the pet's humans. Outside the home and once in the fenced side and back yard spaces, everything you could ever want is there! A side yard with grass, a mature maple tree and bird feeders to attract Delaware wildlife. The back yard has a small greenhouse and an existing cement pad and natural gas hook-up for grilling. There are landscaping beds between the master deck and back house deck, that have stone and low maintenance plants currently. Saving the best for last, the inground heated and saltwater pool is complete with lots of patio space for relaxing and entertaining. Just outside the pool fence, is a raised garden bed and around the corner is an outside workbench and two sheds for storage. For home storage space, there is the attic with walk-up steps and the basement with outside Bilco doors.
