Fully furnished Guesthouse on a private road close to town. It is above the garage and has stairs. It is 900 sf with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed that can also be used for additional storage. It has a full-size closet, large dresser and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size loft. It has a standard chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked with huge gas stove and oven. The refrigerator is full size and the dining table seats four. The bathroom is large with a glass door shower. Laundry is private with a stacked washer and dryer. Heat is propane and AC is provided in the summer. Utilities are included with the exception of trash removal. There is a large flat screen TV and free WiFi. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles, an RV, boat or ATVs. Pets will require an additional, non-refundable deposit. The amount is on a case by case basis. This is a long-term rental with the duration being negotiable. A long term lease is required. Owner pays for water, propane, electric and WiFi. Renter is responsible for trash removal. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking or vaping allowed. Up to two pets total allowed.
