ABOUT YOU: You will be female, show excellent communication skills, be respectful, mellow and pretty quiet; non-smoking, non-vaping, and non-drug taking; have excellent housemate and landlord references; be able to provide proof of income of at least three times the amount of the monthly rent; be able to pass a background check; and be dog-friendly.
