This property is for temporary housing. Only business leases beyond 90 days. No subleasing. We do not allow subleasing or provide a lease greater than 90 days unless pre-approved. 1. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 2. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 3. No PETS allowed 4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUESTED 5-7 DAYS BEFORE STAY (OR UPON BOOKING IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING) RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF ALL RULES ARE FOLLOWED AND NO DAMAGES TO PROPERTY. 7. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 8.
