Large older home with an addition put on in 2005. At that time a forced air furnace with a heat pump was put in and soft water with a reverse osmosis system was placed. The filters are changed yearly by Culigan. It has five acres two of which are bare and we used for horses back in 2005-07. I am selling it as is. I realize it needs some updating so that is why I am selling it lower than the estimated price it is a great home for that handy person. There are renters there at the moment but they agreed to a notice of two weeks to move out.
