I do have a dog who is trained to be inside and out. His name is Dexter and he is a Staffordshire pitbull. He is friendly and usually minds his own business. There is on- site laundry. There restroom is shared. And there is street parking only. This house is located very close to downtown about a three minute drive and about a three minute drive from the university of Redlands. It is about a ten minute drive to the Redlands community Hospital. Six month minimum lease. Utilities include water, electricity, gas Wi-Fi. No pets allowed. Renting to one single person only. No overnight stays. Move-in with $1,800 which includes first month's rent of $850 and security deposit of $950.
