This is a 13.9x11.4 furnished room in a spacious 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. You would share 2 bathrooms with 3 other people. The house is in a community with a pool, and clubhouse. The rent is $800 and includes the utilities, access to washer and dryer, and access to kitchen supplies and common areas. The house is less than 7 minutes from Fort Eisenhower gate 1 and 9 minutes from gate 6. After the tenant screen, it's $1,200 to move in (The first month's rent and security deposit). It is a month to month lease that requires a 30 days notice prior to moving out. Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.
