The available space includes the entire Private upper floor' (can be furnished), a bedroom, full bathroom, storage and a loft to be used as a Office or private living room. The rest of the house has a stone yard, furnished living room, and a hypoallergenic kitten. The current two residents met through Dungeons & Dragons. We are avid gamers and regular pot smokers looking for other creatives/professionals interested in building community. The house is within walking distance to Lucky's market with convenient bus access and a nearby walking trail around Wonderland Lake. This is my family home and I have been living and renting this house out since covid. I am a computer programmer working from home. My roommate Adam is a friend who moved in with me almost 2 years ago. He works as a Director of Ops during the daytime and is an online gamer at night.
