Need someone to take over my lease within because I have to move back up North. This is a lease take over. It is $889/month plus utilities. Open with lots of space. Ceiling fan in living room, walk in closet in bedroom, valet waste, washer and dryer in laundry room in the apartment, security alarm that can be activated, patio/balcony with french doors, extra storage space in two storage closets outside of apartment. Property amenities include gym, business center, pool with bbq area, and car care area. There is on-site maintenance, as well as emergency maintenance. Gated community. Dogs and cats are allowed, some breed restrictions on dogs. I will leave my window fixtures upon request. I also have a medium-sized bookcase that I cannot bring with me. I will leave that as well if it is wanted. The current lease is till July 31, 2014, however lease may be extended.*Please note the walls in the bedroom are white.
