The person(s) must be trustworthy, communicators and will treat the home like it is theirs. There are absolutely no pets or smoking allowed in the house. NO GARAGE USE. Additionally, the house has new mostly American made furniture so care needs to be taken with the furniture. The home is in a suburban area so partying late is not looked well at and there is no parking on the streets overnight. It is an ideal area to escape but has very quick access to the fun spots. It really is a great home and location.
