I have for rent a private bed and bath in the upstairs of my home. The room is 170 sf with a walk in closet. Room is fully furnished and rent includes all utilities and off street parking. I can also remove any unwanted furnishings if desired. The home has a front porch ( outdoor space) for your use as well. The neighborhood pool is located a few houses down and is seasonal April- the end of September. There is a refrigerator and microwave included with the room. The room is bright and sunny with LVP flooring. I am looking for a minimum of 6month lease. You are welcome to have guests visit . Overnight guests no more than 2 nights a week. Smoking is allowed on porch.
