We offer a 6-month lease option, which conveniently aligns with the 9-month academic school year. Monthly rent ranges from $1,000 to $1,500, depending on the room and its amenities. Please note that renter's insurance is required. Our property is ideally located less than 500 feet from the Watsonville Cabrillo College campus and just three blocks from the Watsonville Transit Center, offering a quick commute to the Aptos Cabrillo campus.
