IN 2020 and 2021, we added significant square footage to refurbished the outside with many updates. We added two large decks in the back, an upstairs with balcony, painted all the bricks, replaces all soffitts, added gutters with leaf filters, firmed up the various stone walls around beds, and more. There are very many trees on the lot. As of Dec., 2021, the Zillow picture is quite old.
