There is a neighborhood watch, and everyone is very respectful of their street parking (meaning no one parks in front of your home for long term). The house backyard is made for entertaining upgraded plugs throughout backyard. Backyard well-maintained (will expect to continue maintaining backyard) Front yard is maintained by HOA, and the owner will pay that HOA fee monthly (not renter). Upgraded garage flooring (epoxy). Maximum, I would like a 3-car family to not bother neighbors by taking spaces from Surrey. However, there is plenty of parking on River St for additional vehicles. No smoking is allowed inside the premises, and small dogs up to 20 lbs are allowed only unless they are very trained dogs (to not destroy the backyard). The owner pays for water and HOA monthly. The renter is responsible for all other bills.
