Please contact the owner for pre-qualification and to schedule a showing (all applicants must be present at the showing). - AFTER a showing, owners will provide interested tenants an invitation for screening. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. Tenants will pay $47 nonrefundable screening fee to the vendor (transunion/smartmove). - Owner will receive screening report.
