Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving out of Venice and are headed to the East Side! A few notes about our apartment: - 2 bdrm/2 bath with a HUGE square shaped patio with plenty of space to set up a fire pit, grill, hammock, tables, chairs, etc. - The current price as of today is $3540 - but the leasing off said this price changes every few days so to check back. - Our unit was previously the model unit so we are the ONLY people to have lived in this unit so far since AIMCO first renovated the apartments! It is an INCREDIBLY Desired location as it is one of the few apartments on site (of 800+) that has a large patio! - We are surrounded by the model units and only have one neighbor - the people who live above us. The model tours happen maybe once during the week and a few times on the weekends. I work from home and rarely see/hear them. - We ve found that because the model units lights are always on throughout the night and you re surrounded by these units theft seems to be pretty low here. Overall, this is a safe neighborhood and the Lincoln Place Security is always available by phone, 24/7, if needed. - THERE'S PARKING! Located on Frederick St behind Ralph s where street parking is typically always available! You can also always rent a nearby garage which at comes at an additional monthly rate. - NEARBY AMENITIES! Located less than 1 mile from the historic shopping and fine dining central known as Abbot Kinney, and for you all health conscious people, only .7 miles from Whole Foods and 1 mile from Erewhon! There is SO much to do here! - RESORT STYLE AMENITIES! Quite possibly the biggest perk about living here is the state of the art Lincoln Place Gym and Pool. These facilities are kept incredibly clean and the gym itself just went through an equipment refresh. We are personally workout FIENDS and have been obsessed with this Gym since Day 1. We also converted the second bedroom into a mini gym. The complex also comes with grilling picnic stations spread throughout the complex for you and your friends to enjoy at all times. We take advantage of this a lot! - APPLIANCES! Apartment comes with a washer, drier, microwave, and fridge! - ANIMAL LOVERS! Lincoln Place is EXTREMELY welcoming and pet friendly. With plenty of dog bag/trash stations, grass spread out across the complex, your animal will be in pet paradise (for LA standards). Lincoln Place does charge a deposit and monthly fee for animals. - Apartment Size: 850 Square Feet - Lease would be for 12 months - We are looking for someone to move in ASAP/End of April It is bittersweet that we have to leave Venice, as this place has been home to the both of us to 4 - 6 years.
