    Incredible Downtown/Chinatown Location All photographs taken with natural lighting - no flash or electric lights. 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom top floor apartment in the Angelino Heights/Echo Park/West Chinatown area (just West of 110 Fwy and North of Sunset Blvd. - see attached reference map). Easy access to the 110 and 101 freeways, Downtown, Echo Park Village and bus lines. The Dash line is right at the corner. Just off Sunset Blvd. - close to Figueroa. An interior pearl with fine detail (one off street parking spot is included and street parking is plentiful). The apartment is behind a mini-market (open from 7am to 7 pm - 7 days a week), but people do not access the apartment to get to the store. The Eastside Deli is about a block down the same street. Great for bicyclist for those quick rides through Downtown or into Echo Park or Chinatown or Little Tokyo (or for the athletic, up to Dodger Stadium - easy ride back home - basically all downhill from there, but what isn't downhill from the Stadium?). The bedrooms have wood floors and ceiling fans - closets have mirrored doors. The bathroom has a tub/shower, slate floor, and tiled walls. There is a long full depth closet in the hallway that also has mirrored doors. The kitchen is floor to ceiling tile, slate floors, slate counter-tops, refrigerator, stove in perfect condition (the ones that work) and lots of storage space. The living room has slate floors and an air conditioner. The dining area also has slate floors and an antique light fixture to welcome your guests. The windows have mini blinds and the walls have custom paint - hope you like it because I am not changing it (I say that because someone once asked).
