One year lease with option to renew. Drug usage or drug dealings are absolutely prohibited on or around the premises. Renters insurance is required. No car repair or car wash allowed. We do not accept reusable screening reports. Source of income must be verifiable (last 3 months of pay stubs, bank statement, etc.). Government issued ID(s) needed for verification purposes.
