Turtle Creek is a gated community built around the Turtle Creek Club and its golf course. Membership is not required to live in Turtle Creek. There are several separte subdivisions within Turtle Creek: Turtle Creek Village (all single family homes), Turtle Creek One (condos), and Turtle Creek East (river front condos and 33 single family homes; this property being one of them). The Tequesta Country Club Community is out side of the Turtle Creek gate and consists of single family homes built around the Tequesta Country Club.
