This is a mobile home in a small, eight (8) spot mobile home park for rent at the end of a dead end street. The park is adjacent to a city and middle schrdpark that has walking trails, a playground area, picnic areas, etc. The mobile home has new paint and flooring throughout and is in the process of being updated after Hurricane Laura. Owner provides water, sewer, and garbage service. Tenant will be responsible for all other utilities (i.e. electric, cable, internet). Tenant is responsible to maintain and cut the grass on their lot. Animals are not allowed. A well qualified tenant will have a credit score close to 600 or higher, will make 3X the rent in household income, no felonies/bankruptcies/evictions in the past 10 years. All adults applying to live in the house will be required to pass a credit and background check. 12 month lease preferred, but a shorter term lease will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at a higher monthly rate.
