The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom conveniently located near the living and dining rooms and kitchen. The guest bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to make you feel right at home. The house includes multiple workstations, ideal for work or staycations, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your arrival. The large private backyard has lounge chairs for sunbathing, and the driveway and 3-car garage provide ample parking. Located just 30 45 minutes from Fort De Soto, Tropicana Field, and nearby airports, this home is a convenient hub for all your activities. No smoking, pets upon approval, and non refundable pet fee. Rental options and rates are as follows. For an annual lease, the monthly rate is $7000, which includes basic lawn care and pest control. Renters are responsible for utilities. First month's rent, last month's rent, a security deposit, a background/credit check, and a move-out cleaning fee are required at lease signing. Short-term rental rates are $11,000 per month from January to April (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), $8,000 in May (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), $9,000 per month in June, July, and December (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), and $7,000 per month from August to November (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included). Rentals under six months require a 13% tourist tax. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are permitted upon approval with a non-refundable pet fee.
