Welcome to this charming mid-century modern, boho inspired home! Theres 4 bedrooms total: 2 king beds and 2 queens: all memory foam and each room has a smart tv! Relax on the shaded back patio, play provided yard games, or roast marshmallows over the fire! 10 minute walk to the very popular Forest Hill Park & James River. 5-10 min to Downtown, Carytown, The Fan, Museum District, Church Hill, breweries - great proximity to everything Richmond has to offer! KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee and preparing meals. We provide a adorable coffee pot. Some of the many items we keep stocked include a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. Coffee and tea provided upon arrival! DINING Dine at the dining table in our open layout or dine out on the private patio at our 6 person outdoor patio table with beautifully strung outdoor lights. BATHROOMS We have 2 full baths. The lower level is is a shower/tub on the first floor that is shared between the 2 first floor bedrooms. The upped level bath is a standing shower shared by the two upstairs bedrooms. Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, and towels. BEDROOMS 4 total bedrooms. All feature memory foam mattresses and smart TVs! The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a closet and a queen bed. The 2 first floor bedrooms each have a standing rack and shelves for clothes as well as king beds. ENTERTAINMENT Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. You can log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. We offer high speed wireless internet as well. LAUNDRY Washer and dryer are provided for use as well as a few Tide Pods for a few loads of laundry. For longer stays or many loads of laundry, please bring your own detergent. Guest access Youll have access to the entire home, private backyard/patio, and two private parking spots! Please make yourself at home! Easy self check-in via keypad. Other things to note Supplies We'll get you started with items such as coffee/tea, sugar, salt/pepper, shampoo, soap, TP, and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed during a longer stay. This house is set up for a maximum of 8 people. No parties or events allowed at the property. Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 9:00am. Please respect the neighbors. Owner pays for utilities up to $400 a month all other utilities billed back to renter. We do lease term of 1-12 months
