    Ok, so we made need a little bit of a face lift in the kitchen and master bath but we are priced accordingly. AND we have a quote from a licensed and bonded contractor for upgrades that include granite in the kitchen and master bath, new tile kitchen flooring, a completely new shower and tub in the master bath, new pluming and lighting fixtures and a $6,000.00 appliance allowance. Elevated and almost entirely rebuilt by Daly and Sawyer in 1991, special features include handsome wood floors, a sun with windows that open wide to take advantage of the sea breeze so this room can double as a screened porch. A spacious master has it's own private deck which makes a wonderful spot for the paper and coffee in the morning and relaxing at the end of the day. There is a large walk in closet with built-in shelving and 2 additional closets as well. Each guest bedroom has a private bath and all three bedrooms have new carpet which was installed in April 2013. The kitchen was designed for cooking and gathering too.Double corian sinks, ample counters and Swedish designed custom cabinetry make for plentiful workspace and storage. The lower cabinets have pull out drawers for convenience. There is a breakfast bar as well as a sunny space for casual dining. The separate dining room can handle a crowd with room left over for a large buffet or side board and a china cabinet. In addition, there is a large closet next to the dining room for storing less frequently used serving pieces, glassware, silver, etc. making them easy to get to yet out of the way. The central part of the house is open and light and designed so that the space can accommodate several individual furniture groupings if desired. Attractive built-in bookcases and cabinetry provide storage. There is an office/study off the great room which also has built in bookcases and cabinetry. This space does not have a closet but could certainly be used as a 4th bedroom. The laundry area and elevator are off the kitchen. There is also enclosed parking for one car, covered parking for a 2nd car or a boat and lots of additional space for sports and lawn equipment, even a workshop, There are several built-in storage closets as well. Significant and recent improvements include, new bedroom carpeting in April of 2013, new interior wall paint throughout the house in December of 2012. The exterior of the house which is cedar was repainted 8 years ago. The roof was replaced 3 years ago and one of the 2 HVAC units(Trane) was replaced 4 years ago. Landscaping was professionally designed and this house comes with a 1 year AHS flex plan combo warranty. The owner is currently paying $422. per year for flood insurance.
