Great access to Hwy. 285 for folks working at LANL. I've been here since late 2018 and love calling this place my home :) Looking for a professional housemate over 25. I keep a cozy, relaxed, fun, and inviting living space - being respectful of and contributing to that is important. Schedule wise I WFH sometimes in a but am out of the house for work regularly. There is currently 1 cat housemate, he's very social and friendly. Utility bills are equally split and average for Santa Fe, fast internet. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Washer, dryer and an attached garage storage space. Cozy fireplace in the living room when it's chilly outside, wood flooring throughout the house. No A/C but I have a large swamp cooler. Spacious back yard with a covered patio and a little veggie garden. You would have your own bathroom that is available to house guests. Driveway spot available as well as additional street parking.
