Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is close to local restaurants and shopping. This is a quiet subdivision, so please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down. No parties are allowed. If you don't contact the host and the hot tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling after your stay due to not following guidelines, a $200 fee will be charged. There is a security camera at the front door. Complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid driver's license or passport, and sign and agree to rental conditions prior to arrival. If you use the hot tub, please place one chlorine tablet in the filter after each use. The hot tub is meant for 3-4 people at a time, with 1-hour time limits, no more than 2-3 uses per day.
