This wonderful home comes with two golf course lots! You can sell the second lot or you can keep it for added privacy. When this house was built in 1990, the architect incorporated passive solar into the design with a wall of south-facing windows that not only bring in lots of warmth and sunshine in the winter, but also provide a panoramic view of the course. We added solar panels and a high efficiency heat pump that make heating and cooling surprisingly inexpensive.
