The following terms outline the responsibilities of both the landlord and the tenant for the property located at 1041 E Trinity Ln, #316, Nashville, TN 37216.
1. Homeowners' Association (HOA)
The Landlord is responsible for the payment of all Homeowners' Association (HOA) fees.
The Landlord will serve as the sole point of contact with Ghertner Properties HOA management for all association-related matters.
Renter will be responsible for any assessed HOA fees related to infractions of HOA policy.
2. Utilities
The Tenant is required to establish and maintain an account with CONSERVICE for electricity and water services for the duration of the lease.
The Tenant is responsible for all costs associated with internet, cable, and phone services, and may select their own provider.
3. Keys and Access
