Our cottages offer stainless appliances, wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, garages, washer/dryer connections, front porches and covered back patios. You will also find thoughtfully planned details like crown molding and soft close cabinet drawers. We primarily offer detached cottages, meaning no shared walls! Our one bedrooms will not share walls with other residents although you will have a neighbor above or below. We have several amenities planned and construction is starting on those very soon. Sweetwater will be building a clubhouse with plenty of amenities to offer.
