It is really peaceful, quiet and has a countryside ambiance , while the 215 beltway is just 3 minute drive Access to Summerlin and Cheyenne shopping just 5-8 minutes away as well. SO LOCATION IS very good.Costco, in Summerlin, 8-10 minutes drive. 215 to the North to Mount Charleston is 15-20 minutes drive . Food Market, Starbucks, Wells Fargo just off 215 Cheyenne/Cliff Shadows Exit here, 3 minute drive. The BLM will make another Park with riding grounds and trails under construction to be complete in 2016 at the base of Lone Mountain here. Gated community streets here are wide and plenty of open space as well. Everyone minds their business and no one stands out of order here. This communities homes seem to be under valued; SO buying a home here is a real deal compared to other communities in the North FarWest or West. Were just on the border of Summerlin from Lake Meade exit. End of West end here. So at the actual Lone Mountain at our footsteps its really has no association with the lower areas and not really North Vegas in my opinion. Its more like end of the West end just North of Lake Meade. Its isolated and in a sphere all of its own totally separate from the North region considered North.The location is perfect for get away from the Vegas life and casino scenery BUT when you want it , its easy access to everything 7-8 minutes to Red Rock Casino Feast Buffet, 20-25 minutes direct beltway drive to LAS Airport, Strip/ hwy 15 accessible from both ends via 215 Beltway or Summerlin Pkwy to 95 , downtown side of it. Once again, Location is perfect, NO TRAFFIC accept moderate, at most, during commute time, NOTHING like inner city traffic,. not even close to it. Great area for families with children and older or mature couples looking for the quiet side of life with all its amenities still. School buses stops just down the street as well off of W. Alexander. One last thing that needs to be mentioned is everything is modern here, good streets, all new or newer construction homes. Nothing old or funky looking. A Fresh feeling of space & release !
