$400 off first months rent This is a 1st floor apartment with ATTACHED garage. My apartment faces north and looks over the Jordan River Preserve, it is the best location and view in the complex. Quiet neighbors with great birds as neighbors. I can see ducks, geese, pelicans, and other birds! Photos: I posted my view, but the rest of the photos are of my layout by the complex. It includes granite countertops, 9' ceilings, washer and dryer included in a separate laundry room, 2 large tubs (master is a garden tub, guest is a deep tub), 2 barbecue areas, large basketball area with a full-size court next door.
