    We have not raised our rates as the result of the fire. We think we have one of the better, and perhaps best values and a nice place to live. Perhaps after reading this you might have some tips on how we can communicate that? Sunland is where you can find attractive housing options without compromising on proximity to major employment centers and cultural amenities (10-15 minute drive down Sunland Blvd to Burbank). We've done our part by making it nice & of good $ value. You have to do your part in finding us :-). #2 is ground floor, no steps. All descriptions here apply to it, and all apartments when there is a vacancy. Parking convenience - no long walk to underground parking. Peaceful, 6-Unit building (no need to walk a long interior hall or share an elevator), on cul-de-sac so no high-speed thru traffic. Quality living near Montrose/Glendale/Burbank/La Crescenta without their high prices = Great Value. Smaller town living with convenient short drive time (other freeways are more crowded than our local ones) to work and shopping. Very nice parks nearby such as Crescenta Valley County Regional Park with picnic tables & Oak Trees! Nice quiet area, shade trees on the property, must-see to appreciate! We have two buildings here (4 & 6 Units) so a living area unto ourselves, with good neighbors in both buildings. Nearby attractions: Adjacent to Angeles National Forest (Upgraded to National Monument category), Angeles National Golf Club, George Deukmajian Wilderness Area (view of valley, hiking). Good walking street nearby - shaded/scenic. Our Residents are very happy with us, we have people that have been with us ten and twenty years. New carpet (quiet, not cold), new paint, new kitchen counters/sink, new kitchen and and bath floors. IF YOU'D LIKE TO COME AND SEE THE UNIT WE ARE HAVING AN OPEN HOUSE EVERY WEDNESDAY EVE from 6:00 - 7:00PM AND SUNDAY FROM NOON - 1:00PM, no appointment necessary. Diana hosts them, and is reliable and good to talk to. Are you looking for a Great Quality of living that won't break the bank? Don't let the low rent fool you. We have a small 6 unit building with nice people living here that are also very responsible and considerate of one another and we are hoping that this is exactly what you are looking for! Close to... - YMCA, Hansen Dam swimming/golf/Equestrian/Soccer/Ralphs/Vons, smaller town living close to the big city The location... - A beautiful location, nestled between the Verdugo Mountains and Angeles National Forest. - Plenty of hiking trails, parks, and nature within the vicinity. Within Walking/Hiking distance of lovely historical McGroarty Park, shady & peaceful. Walkscore of 77!) - Plenty of shops/restaurants/grocery stores/schools nearby - The lot layout creates for seclusion from the main street. Private entry. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, we have it! Our 6 units in one building, and 4 in the other, is not enough to support a full-time staffed office. Only large buildings with the high density of many units can have an office for your walk-in. Pets: Happy to consider, not an automatic yes or no (better than apartments that are an automatic no).
