Smaller town living with convenient short drive time (other freeways are more crowded than our local ones) to work and shopping. We have a small 6 unit building with nice people living here that are also very responsible and considerate of one another and we are hoping that this is exactly what you are looking for! Our 6 units in one building, and 4 in the other, is not enough to support a full-time staffed office. Only large buildings with the high density of many units can have an office for your walk-in. Pets: Happy to consider, not an automatic yes or no (better than apartments that are an automatic no). FICO credit score 700 or essentially close to it.
