The refrigerator has an ice maker in the freezer. The unit has hardwood floors, heat, AC, 2 ceiling fans. Appliances including oven, dishwasher and microwave are all stainless steel. No smoking in building and no butts left outside. Any smoking in unit is grounds for loss of deposit. You can stroll among the hillside neighborhoods and get views of Griffith Park, The Observatory (which is beautifully lit up at night) and the famous Hollywood sign. A 15 min walk to the red line metro. The metro can take you to Hollywood, the Valley, Downtown, the beach or south to LongBeach. There is also a bus line 1/2 block away. No off street parking. The street is permit only and I do have a permit for you to use while you are staying in the unit. I will keep $75 of your deposit if it is not returned to me when you vacate. Parking permits are like gold around here! Unfortunately, I've had issue with people abusing the AC. For example I've had a handful of guests turn the AC way down yet leave the windows open on 100+ degree days.
