Hi there! We currently live at Issaquah Terrace and are looking for someone to take-over our lease, the lease goes through June 2019 and the rate of $2365 will be locked in until then. The same unit is going for over $2500. We have a three bedroom, two bathroom, with an oversized garage, we are ground level that opens up into a grassy area that is separated by landscaping then into a larger grassy area. Additionally, there is a full size washer and dryer, master suite, pot rack, accent lighting, and we have brown leather bar stools that are too high for our new house we will include is so desired. The pet deposit has been paid so if you have a pet they are covered as well! We are looking for someone who can take the lease over on September 1st. We currently have a dog, he has caused a little bit of carpet damage (see below). We will transfer our entire $1300 deposit to the new lease, after speaking with maintenance the cost to replace the carpet is $800; the deposit will more than cover that cost. We have just put a rug over it and it has not been a problem. Additionally, we will pay the $500 lease transfer fee for the new leaser.
