    What's special

    We're looking for someone to take over our lease at the Grand Reserve in Woodbury, MN. Our lease runs through mid April of next year. The unit is a renovated Carlisle floorplan that's currently renting for $2043/month, so this is a chance to get into a place and save yourself almost $100 per month for the next six months! We've enjoyed living here but are looking to buy right now. The location is fantastic. It's literally across the street from Powers Lake and offers easy access to all the retail in Woodbury as well as 3M HQ. Downtown St. Paul/Minneapolis and multiple recreation areas (Afton State park, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, etc.) are all less than 30 minutes away. Move in time is flexible but would ideally be on Nov. 1st. Our unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk in closet in the master bedroom, 2 car garage, and renovated flooring. The Grand Reserve also has a nice pool plus a gym, gas grills, and a clubhouse. Also, please don't hesitate to reach out with additional questions or if you'd like to come take a tour. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and include internet, trash, water/sewer, and electricity/gas (Xcel Energy). We have Xfinity internet and pay around $200/month in utilities. The unit is pet friendly, and there's a dog park just around the corner. Aside from the garage and driveway there are multiple guest parking spots just a stone's throw away. Our lease runs through April 24th and will automatically renew month to month after that time frame if you choose not to sign a new lease.
