The unit is a renovated Carlisle floorplan that's currently renting for $2043/month, so this is a chance to get into a place and save yourself almost $100 per month for the next six months! We've enjoyed living here but are looking to buy right now. The location is fantastic. It's literally across the street from Powers Lake and offers easy access to all the retail in Woodbury as well as 3M HQ. Downtown St. Paul/Minneapolis and multiple recreation areas (Afton State park, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, etc.) are all less than 30 minutes away. Move in time is flexible but would ideally be on Nov. 1st. Our unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk in closet in the master bedroom, 2 car garage, and renovated flooring.
