This house is managed by Red fortress properties. Then I blew off during hurricane Ian back in September and the rental agency and the owner are refusing to replace the Lanai and are just going to leave the concrete slabs. The cabinetry is the original cabinetry from 1979. This house has never been updated. The cabinets are splitting apart and breaking and they have no desire to replace them or fix them. This house certainly isn't worth more than $2,000 a month we are now going to pay $1,380 a month. We've been here 13 years the paint outside the house is peeling off and the interior has never been painted. The refrigerator is second so we are using another refrigerator just to have enough space. In addition to police do not patrol this neighborhood and only come out when someone calls them for something we have had problems with people dealing drugs out of houses on the block making the neighborhood less safe.
