Parking: - Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in the driveway right in front of the property. *Please note this property is a duplex, and booking here gives private access to one unit of the duplex. The neighboring unit is occupied by a single long-term resident who is very friendly and quiet. Internet and utilities are included in the monthly rent. A $125 cleaning fee will be withheld from the deposit, but is fully refundable beyond that if property is left in good condition.
