Rent due by 1st each month with $85 late fee. At least 6 month lease agreement is required. One small dog allowed with $250 non-refundable pet deposit due upon lease agreement. We prefer non-smoker. There are 2 parking spots available for tenant use. Storage building located in backyard. The backyard is not fenced in. Security cameras on property. Lawn care and water/garbage included in rental price. Tenant responsible for electric bill which usually runs about $90 a month. Property is on septic tank that's been recently repaired and absolutely no paper products are to be flushed, nor grease etc.. poured down drains. If there is an issue with clogged pipes from tenant disregarding this, tenant may be held responsible for any damage and fees associated with repairs.
