To the right, you'll find the kitchen, laundry room, and a 4th bedroom with a single bed and living area in that room which has a pullout queen couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. We have a 21 night minimum. This is a midterm rental, so we will figure out the specific terms with each renter. It does come fully furnished and the rent amount includes all utilities and lawn care.
