The Anchor Retreat is a beautiful, private, single-family home that comes fully furnished. Our home offers a private covered and screened in porch, large grassy yard perfect for playing games with kids, or letting your dog run around and a dock to store your pontoon boat during your stay or to tie up your rental boat. The outdoor space includes a gas grill, dining set, and fire pit for our guests to use! Our location is IDEAL as we are close to Hwy 44 and Young Harris watersports.
We are on a quiet cul de sac street and quiet cove surrounded by single-family homes and are only .5 mile to Hwy 44 where all of the shops and restaurants are located. At the dock, the water is perfect for fishing or swimming as it is 18 feet deep!
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an electric range, and a microwave to use if you choose to cook during your stay. The kitchen and living room feature stunning views of the lake and yard. The interior of the home has been freshly painted, with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels.
The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case-by-case basis and a $350 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs are allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture.

Reynolds Landing amenities include walking and biking trails. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports.
Anchor Retreat is located a mile from the "Ritz Gate" of Reynolds Lake Oconee and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Lodge/Reynolds Lake Oconee (which was named one of the Top 5 Spas in the United States by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include the fantastic Cafe 44, Silver Moon, Iron Fork Cafe, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Filet Steak and Seafood, and lots of great new eateries popping up in Greensboro.
Reynolds Lake Oconee is a 1500 acre vacation development with 80 miles of shoreline on beautiful Lake Oconee. Lake Oconee provides Georgia's most ideal environment for the outdoor enthusiast. Perfect for all types of watersports, from boating and sailing to swimming and skiing, the waters of Lake Oconee are best known for excellent fishing.

Owner pays for all utilities, including high speed internet, gas, electric, water, trash removal, yard maintenance. Owner would prefer lease to run from January 19 - March 6, 2026, but will discuss different options as needed. House comes fully furnished. Tenant will agree to have Owners professional cleaning service in monthly at an extra $150 per clean, charged to the tenant. We will consider your dogs on a case by case basis, please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends, as there is an additional pet fee of $350.
