Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. The individual making the reservation is considered the primary guest and must be at least 21 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
