Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must be kept under 50 dBA to avoid fines and possible eviction. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Pet policies vary by location, and a $150.00 fee (plus tax) applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets.
