Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
