Fans are also provided. To keep the apt cool, close the windows on warm days and open them at night to allow the cool, dry evening air in. Colorado evenings cool down nicely. The windows have security tabs, allowing them to be open a few inches, without being a security risk. The heat is hot-water, baseboard heat and controlled by the thermostat on the wall by the bathroom. Price is for 1 year lease, unfurnished. Price fluctuates for shorter and/or furnished rental. All utilities are included with the furnished rental.
