We have thoroughly enjoyed this home and property as we have raised our family. Outdoor sporting activities are important to us. We have biking, hiking, horse riding, ORV center 1/2 mile from this property, Equestrian area 4 miles from this property, major shopping, theaters, Wal-Mart, Restaurants just 7-12 miles from this property, cross country skiing and snow shoeing right out the front door. There are 5 ski areas with in 2 hours of this property and just 15 minutes from the Spokane International Airport. There is space for a few horses, cows, chickens, a garden, and wonderful entertainment possibilities. The landscaping is simple and easy care and the small garden spot is fenced so that deer and moose cannot eat what you put effort in to grow. There is a very mature raspberry patch that bares from late June through the first freeze. It is amazing, you will need help using all that it produces. There is a generator in case of loss of power. It is presently hooked up to the Freezer and Upper Level Kitchen and water system. We have had many incredible years here enjoying this property. It's a magnificent place to raise your family, a wonderful place for holding parties, family reunions or sharing with travelers. We have made 10's of thousands yearly by nightly renting this property. There are flushable outdoor toilets on the property and we have an agreement with the local toilet company which allows payment during use months only due to the "special handling" necessary. They have served guests very well. Our Son-in-law built an efficient fire pit that gets lots of use during the months that burning is allowed. We have spent many hours with friends and family around this fire pit, viewing the stars at night and sometimes receiving a visit from deer or moose. There is nothing like sitting on the east side deck in the morning and having coffee and visiting or reading as the sun is rising. Then again in the evening sitting on the west patio with a glass of wine as the sun is setting. In the winter you will love the fireplace while the snow lightly falling on the decks and lawn. This property is well designed for snow removal. A snow blower works well on the decks and a small garden tractor removes snow from the lane and circle drive efficiently. There is also a tractor that comes with the property. We have great relationship already in place for lawn mowing and snow removal if you prefer. The home is solid and we have done lots of electrical, plumbing, heating and lighting updates. All updated thermal pane windows were installed a few years ago, and the deck was rebuilt last year. The interior was all repainted 7 years ago and is in great shape. We have completely washed down the vinyl siding every couple of years and we have an irrigation system in place for you.
